This winter's mix came from finding practices to move through life's hardships. Time spent looking out over the water, and my first 5Rhythms class, gave me an anchor point in my body while the emotional storms raged on. Although this can be enjoyed sitting still, it is designed as a dance/movement journey. Stretch it out and shake it off. The only way out is through!

Wonderland

It's a Christmas miracle! My seasonal mixes have become sporadic these days, but a rollercoaster year of leaving NYC and coming back to Austin has stoked the creative fire. I am enamored with this mix that was practically channeled and perfectly captures the newness, nostalgia and poignant emotions of this moment in time.

Once I got into the groove, I made Summer in the City 212, and now, one last dance with the Big Apple as I prepare to leave. For the 10th anniversary of Lovely Day/Lovely Night (the spring mix that started this double disc ridiculousness) Brand New Day brings us back to basics to focus on the music.

The year, 2006! The place, Austin, Texas! That year saw some major changes for Petropolis, giving birth to the very first double disc spring mix. Yes, a fabled classic in his own mind, this is the mix that started the grand tradition.
